Standing at the threshold of a new chapter, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Leungo Education and my mentor, Ms. Thami Magele, for an inspiring and transformative journey through the #FutureFit_Mentoring.

When I first joined, I was hopeful yet uncertain about what lies ahead. I knew mentorship would be pivotal to finding clarity and purpose. I did not anticipate the profound personal growth that followed - a shift towards intentional, constructive conversations and purposeful decision-making.

This experience was both humbling and empowering. From building my confidence to nurturing my humility.

🎓🎓🎓 Humbled and grateful to see my face on some of the greatest presentations! For Leungo Education.

As I reflect on my journey, I'm reminded of the importance of where I started my career. Those early days, though challenging, laid the foundation for where I am today.

"The roots of a tree are not seen, but they are the foundation of its strength."

Never forget where you started, and always be thankful for the journey that has brought you to where you are today.

On the 13th of September, I had the privilege of visiting the City of Tshwane's Innovation Unit, an initiative I was unfamiliar with until recently. The experience was both enlightening and inspiring, offering insights into the work they are doing to drive innovation and create impactful change, not only within the city but across the country. Interacting with individuals passionate about shaping the future of South Africa was truly motivating.

I would like to express my gratitude to my mentor Thami Magele and Leungo Education for providing me with this unique opportunity. I would also like to thank the team at the Innovation Unit for welcoming us and sharing their vision for a transformative future. He is becoming all that he speaks to life. Ever since highschool I have always wanted to be like all the people that would come to our school and stand in front of us at the assembly or in class. I told myself and In conversations with my friends we would talk about it. Not that I love attention😂, I just really love knowledge sharing. I believe that knowledge is power and it has brought me to be the person I am and becoming. I find so much fulfilment in standing infront of people and share my knowledge about anything, I enjoy the engagement and the learning I get to experience for myself.

Leungo Education is literally bringing my dream to life. I am only beginning my journey as a Knowledge and information leader, I am yet to occupy bigger spaces.

Last Friday, I had the incredible opportunity to inspire a group of bright young minds in Tembisa at Maphutha Secondary school, about the exciting world of cybersecurity.

I talked about the critical role cybersecurity plays in safeguarding information and technology from cyber threats. The kids were enthusiastic and engaged, asking thoughtful questions about what it takes to become a cybersecurity expert.

It was heartening to see their eagerness, and curiosity about #cybersecurity. I left the session feeling hopeful about the future.

Thank you Thami Magele for enabling myself and Thembeka Lingani to participate in planting seeds to inspire the possible next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
